Blue or Red option? I am doing GENERAL INQUIRY since my wife has some questions (actually she'll be doing the infopass).
So, can Blue be selected?

Red gives options like the below which dont apply to "general inquiry" questions. Am I ok with selecting Blue?

Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.


Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.


EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.


Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

Blue is the correct choice.
 
Can someone reply this?
I have applied for naturalization in the last week of Sep 08 at CSC. I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks for FP notice which has never arrived so far, though other people are receiving it within 20 days or so.. Last week I had a service request done. They told me to wait for 45 days before I hear anything from them. Meanwhile I am also planning to take an infopass. Is it okay to ask for an Infopass while the service request is being carried out ? At the online infopass , they do ask the Service Request Number. if any, so I am wondering if I can ask for Infopass or not? Or shall I select the blue option as one posted by CrossHairs? Can someone give me an idea about how to get this appointment as unless I get FP done, my case will never take off. Moreover I am concerned that I may have missed a scheduled FP date because of non receipt of its notice. Can I give choice of date and time and also of office as per my convenience or they just schedule it according to what is available? Thanks for any input!

1. You can make an Infopass while a service request is on going.
2. You don't have to put any request numbers.
3. You can select time and date for your convenience.
4. You might not be able to select a DO, because your DO will be assigned by the system when you enter your zip code.

Just my 2 cents.
