Hi folks I am on fi visa and didnt attended the school since last two smester,a nd I have Master degree too. I wana apply for H1b visa is it possible for me to do that( I have D/S on my i 94 card). need your advise.

The H1 quota has been filled until April 2009, unless you are applying via a cap-exempt employer. If you are out of status you will need to leave and re-enter the US.
