Here is a quick/short version to get the cust service agent on the phone. Dial the following options after calling 1-800-375-5283.

1-2-6-0

1(english) 2-6 are the options that will get you to a live person.

Yeah we call them live person, but in all honesty, they are just dead people....good for nothing.
