Filling H1B when I-130 (family based) pending ?

I-130 case is pending. May an US company fill a H1B visa for me ? Do I have to revoke my I-130 case ?
Please advise

No for H1, I-130 does not have effect. Because it has dual intent. If you were applying F or B visa it would created problems. Any way even if you revoke it does not help much.
