Can I-140 be revoked by employer?

All, if I-485 is pending for more than 180 days and the employee switches to a new job using AC-21, can the employer revoke the 140 (which is already approved?)

Yes, and the alien will receive an NOID, which gives him 30 days to submit evidence of AC21 eligibility.
