Any I-751 May 07 filers

I checked on USCIS website for Texas Service Center, and they still checking April 07 cases

Also I have another question, on May 08 will be 3 years of my GC, and still married to a USC. Can I apply for citizenship or should I wait until May?

You can file for citizenship 90 days before your 3 years anniversary as a permanent resident. The n-400 will force your i-751 to be adjudicated if it has not been yet.

 

[Triple Citizen]

A pending N-400 forces the I-751 to be adjudicated. You may file an N-400 90 days before your 3rd GC anniversary, provided you have been married to and living with a US for more than 3 years.
