Yes, it is possible but you need to be very careful. It is almost certain that USCIS will scrutinize your case because they may be suspecting immigration fraud due to a pending asylum application. You need to talk to an attorney to examine your options further but the bottom line is yes, that is possible. What is your current status in the US? The answer and advice will also depend a lot on that.

Actually I have 2 friends that their asylum case denied and married with usc and have no problem to get their gc, they got their gc pretty quick too. They have 2 kids and applying for their citizenship right now. And also they didn't do the withdrawal since their asylum case got denied. One of my friend got married the same year when her asylum got denied, and got gc about less than 6 months after her married.

I need more information in my current case.
Today I have been denied in my 2 interview for asylum.
I am really upset. I have a US citezen person, whom with I can merry.
But after the 2nd denial Do I have any chances to apply for green card via marriage?

I will appreciate any advice.

You can apply for adjustment of status (I-485 - greencard) at any time. It will be like having 2 process at the same time. One for your asylumn (removal proceedings, and one for your adjustement of status). You will need a godd attorney in order to handle the situation at the court because you will be required to file I-485 directly to the court. However, It will be suspicios for the judge (in your case) that you got married in that stage of your immigration process. But, if you dont have nothign to hide, in other words, if your marriage is bona fide, you dont have to feel that way, so good luck, and be ready to have enough proof of your relatrionship in order to convince them that your mariage it is not to get an imigration benefit.

I think you must enter the country legally in order to adjust your status to PR too. if not, you will have to go back to your country of origin for the green card that will take years to process if you are even eligible to get it
