I applied AOS in June. I have EAD and AP.
I may leave my current employer (who sponsored GC) and used AC21 as my 180 days are completed. My wife has her own H1-B. She is planning to maintain that till we get our GC
My question is: if for any reason, if my 485 is denied, can I go back to H4 (dependent to my wife's H1)? Is this possible as after using EAD I cannot regain my H1 status.
