Can you be a little more specific in your question? What lawsuit are you referring to?
My FBI background check has been pending for 3 years now. I filed a law suit and I have a court hearing soon. I just wanted to know what happens in the court hearing and anybody who went through the same process can give an idea on what to expect. Thanks.
Did you file lawsuit or a WOM? My understanding is that WOM rarely require court presence. If you're require to be present, I would assume that the court would ask you to present your case with supporting evidence.
