What is the "average" waiting time between Interview and Oath Letter ?

Can you Guys post some of your Timelines so I can see what the average waiting time between Interview and recieving the Oath Letter in the Mail is .... TIA

Depends on DO. For NYC DO (Federal Plaza), the oath letters are handed on the day of the interview.

Any idea how long it takes to get a court oath through NYC DO? I'm changing my last name, which has to be done at a court-administered oath ceremony.

Sorry, no idea. My understanding is that NYC DO conducts regular oath ceremony every friday -- but have no clue about court oath.

Ah ok. Perhaps it won't take too long, especially if the regular oaths are conducted on a weekly basis.

From my understanding if you are changing your last name by marriage, you don't need a court ceremony. I think only if you are changing it otherwise. Am i mistaken guys?

Yes, you're correct. However, I am changing my last name for reasons other than marriage. I definitely need a court ceremony.
