After 9/11 I had to go register with INS and there was a number on my I-94 and it says that I am registered with NSSRS 9??)

That is all my attorney submitted to the USCIS

Don't worry about some minor delays unless you really have to travel. My last AP took 5 months in total (including 2 months after responding to the RFP). Sometimes, some applications can take much longer than the rest, without any reason. Hopefully you will get it very soon.

I have been issued an RFE (Aug 21).. I am guessing it is for NSEERS.. however, I have not received the damn RFE.. i have tried unsuccessfully to call, fax and went on infopass to get them to send another copy of the RFE out.. but no luck..

anyone have any suggestions?? At this point I am just going to send the nseers stuff and hope for the best.. 2007 can you pls let me know (in forum or private msg) what color and stuff was on the rfe cover sheet so that I could replicate as much as possible on my ad-hoc response..

mwalam - from your username I think you are from Bangladesh and yes I got an RFE for NSEERS and my companies Attorney respond to that. Waiting for response (approval) from TSC now. My wife already got her approval. So to answer your question I have no idea on how the cover letter looks like
