H4 Name Change Issue

Hi Everybody,
My Wife is on H4. She came to US in 2005 on her maiden name in passport and visa. After coming here, in 2005, we changed her maiden name to my last name. Her middle name is also changed to my first name. She received a new passport for this.
In Feb 2007 we applied for our 7th year H1/H4 extension. We both got our approved H1/H4s in July. But for my wife her name is still showing up as maiden name on H4 approval notice. In december we are going to India and we will be doing our stamping.
Now I am concerned if this can cause any problems during stamping as she has new passport with new last name (& new middle name) and she has new approved H4 with old last name. Can you guys please advice me on this? Do you think at this time its advisable to get this corrected as I have only less than 2 months to go? Or this is a non-issue as I have her new and old passport to prove her identity?

**** you could have asked before changing her name on her passport

I expect problems when she go for visa stamping as her H4 extension is on maiden name on H4 approval notice and her passport has diffrent name. both passport and H1 approval should have same name. you can send email to US consulate and can ask the info or talk to your lawyer
