App for Master's quote but graduating in

Hi I am currently pursuing my masters degree. I will complete my degree in May end 2008 and plan to app for H1B in Apr 08 through a consultant/employer. However, can I apply for the master's quota by getting a letter from the univ saying that I will graduate in May and then produce the evidence once I have graduated. Thanx in advance

when you apply you need to have master degree for more info talk to employer/company lawyer who are ready to file your H1
