EVL and RFE

Hi,

I applied 1-485 as a future employee. Now I got RFE to submit EVL on company letterhead from my petitioning employer (XXX inc). My future employer is willing to provide the EVL letter. I never worked for future employer. I am working as W2 contract on fulltime basis with other company on hourly basis. My present employer also willing to provide me EVL letter same as LC job duties. But my concern is only with salary. I am getting quit big amount $xx.00 per hour. Is there any problem providing present employment letter with hourly rate to answer RFE?.

I am frustrated with future employer attorney and taking so much time in answering RFE. Fulture employer giving letter to only his Attorney,

Is there any issue to go for Ac21 with present employer? Ginnu , Realcandian please advise on this.

you can send present employer job offer letter and invoke AC21

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is to certify that XXX is a fulltime employee at our company ABC L.LC. XXX has been with us since April 2006. She is working in her capacity as a Programmer Analyst and receives $xx.00 per hour. Her job duties include:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We have continued interest in employing xxx because of her excellent performance.


Please feel free to contact us if your office requires any further information.

What all are the documents need to be enclosed to invoke Ac21. Ginnu please answer

Can I enclose below the documents to invoke Ac21.

1.Cover letter
2 EVL
3.Current Paystubs and Last year W2
 
Are you planning on sending the docs yourself?

I believe one needs to put in the "I no longer intend to join Company A upong approval but I intend to join Company B upon Approval etc..."

Yes, I am planning to send by my own. I am really fed with current attorney. I already employed by company B.

Can I include this in cover letter.

"I no longer intend to join Company A upong approval but I intend to join Company B upon Approval etc..."
 
Thanks banta4gc. I have collected all the info and documents from hmd posts. This is really very helpful. I am going on toughest path due to different reasons. I hope I will win one day.

-------------------That is OK (it will not hurt if you also send copy of 2-3 latest pay stubs)

4 COPY of I-485 filing reciept

--keep the COPY of all the documents that you send and send it by Certified return reciept to service center where I-485 is Pending. out side the envelope write in big bold letter Attn: AC21 documents Please attach with Pending I-485
 
If i apply AC21 , do i need to attach all all I140s with the 485.

Also Can i do job transfer by doing H1 transfer with AC21, someone please provide the steps to do.

-- I-140 copy not needed, Copy of I-485 is enough with cover letter and employer letter

------------------YES, let employer file H1 transfer and send the AC21 documents to be attached with pending I-485
