can I travel with H1B Approval Mail.

Hi,
I have valid H1B. I was in US upto this year Feb 2007. My H1 is still valid.
Now I am in India. Now I got a offer in new employer and
My I-129 (H1B) was approved I had applied through premium processing, so we received the approval notice via email. How long does it take for the documents to come from the INS?
can I travel only using approval notice and in Port of entry can i say about this status.
Guys Please advice me , I have to travel with in 3 days.

---did the employer file H1 transfer while you were in US or flied H1 when you were in India
