mom's green card re -approved??? confused!!

i applied for my mom's green card in 2006, and she received it in january of 2007. we received all the aproval notices before the actual green card in late 2006.yesterday we received a notice from uscis stating that they have approvd the i -130 petition on july 23rd of 2007!!!! i have no idea what to make of this, or what they are talking about, since it was approve d in 2006, and she has had her green card for over 6 months now.... any idea if there is anything i need to do?? thanks a lot in advance!!

Call them and find out. Or INFOPASS. No one here would know.
 
Read my thread about green card asked to surrender by ADO. I am in the same situation. Thread date is august 10 2007
