I485 and Medicals..Important..please respond

Hi,

My lawyer filed my I485 without the medicals. I have the medicals
with me now (I693). Can someone let me know, from their
experience, what the USCIS will do? Will they send an RFE
or a rejection? In case of the latter will be better if I send
in the 485 again with my medicals.

I think they should send you a RFE. I dont know how could you re-submit your documents. i dont think it would work out. talk to your lawyer.

Thanks a lot for the respone. Unfortunately for me, I am going through
my company lawyer and he sucks. They don't seem to know what they
are doing half the time.

I was wondering that a lawyer from Mr.Rajiv Khanna's firm could answer
my question.
