Wife has filed for divorce today. AOS interview is finished and I am waiting for FBI name check. Marriage was more than 2 years old at the time of AOS interview.
Am I still eligible to get Green card or the whole petition is no longer valid as she already filed the divorce...
 
it's still valid until the divorce is final, however, if it's final before you are approved, you will be out of luck.

I hope that Final decree comes after I receive FBI name check.
Meantime, if she inform INS that our divorce is in progress, can that put me into any kind of trouble? I will not be surprised if she does that...

Yes if she does, you might be in trouble. This must be an ugly fight :( Sorry!
