hi guys, i'm getting ready to send the package tomorrow (I-130, I-864, I-485, I-693) with:
-birth certificate copies
-passport copy
-marriage licence copy
-wedding pics
-passport pictures
is there anthing else i should send?? and should i send it to chicago lockbox, or the texas center? i'm confused about that:confused:
thanks

The instructions for the files do not ask for "wedding pictures". Save those for the interview.

Hmmm, let's see:
Tax returns and W2s,
Proof of legal entry to the US (copy of I-94),
Translation of birth certificate if it is not in English,
Proof of joint ownership of rent of properties, joint banking, etc.
Letter of employment for the USC,
Personal Checks for the correct amounts...

Send it all to the Chicago Lockbox, USPS Express Mail.

You need to send your package to Chicago lockbox
You need to send the following docs with your I864 Form
 Copy of recent pay stub as proof of employment.
 2004 Federal Income Tax Return
 2005 Federal Income Tax Return
 2006 Federal Income Tax Return

thanks everybody for your help, ok i dont have any tax returns or anything because im only 18, but my sponsor (mother in law) is sending the last 3yrs of taxes. The birth certificate iss in spanish should i translate it myself or does it have to be somebody else? For proof of joint bank accounts with my
husband, our personal checks have both of our names on it, is that good enough? And im not sending I-765 now because im not planing on working anytime soon, i have a scolarship waiting to go to college as soon as i get my stuff legal, but i know i have to send it later on.
thanks for your help

hi!! i translated my birth certificate myself and i took it to a notary and they told me they can't sign any translated document. so what should i do? my birth certificate is in spanish and the hand writting is really bad so not too many people can understand it:confused:
thanks again

ok i have another issue, now is my birth certificate, people are telling me that i need to send the original and some other are telling me i just need a copy of it. Now the thing is that my birth certificate is in spanish, i had somebody legally translated it to english, so that's done but the person who did it told me that i need to send it back to my country and have somebody go to the US embassy in there and have them seal-stamp it. is that true? or should i just send the copy with the translation?
