need urgent info on travelling on h1 transfer ( need to travel in 2 days)

I need to travel out of country and have a valid h1b visa under the old employer. i have my last pay stub from month of april. my new employer has applied for an h1 transfer which shall take another 3 weeks for the receipt.
Is it recommended to travel if my new employer will mail me the new h1 approval receipt? or should i let them know i am still working with the old employer.

Need serious help and responses.

-------------------ask the employer to upgrade with premium processing so that you can have H1 approval notice in hand in 15-20 days
Is it recommended to travel if my new employer will mail me the new h1 approval receipt?
-------------what if the H1 transfer got any RFE or got rejected?
or should i let them know i am still working with the old employer.
----------do you meant at POE? you need to tell the truth. what if past employer has revoked H1 by writing to USCIS?
