Divorced and remarried, should I be worried?

I got married in 05 but the maried ended after 6 months when i filled for a divorce, due to her abusiveness and cheating lifestyle. During this breif period of our marriage, i filled for green card and was not able to make it to the interview since i was in the process of divorcing at that point. later that year i received a denial letter.
A couple week ago, i just got married...lol and she is really the love of my life, and i am about to file again, but I am asking anyone that has been in this situation; if there is anything I should be worried about before i start my application.

Be ready to explain the reason the previous marriage ended (with proof) and why this new relationship is sincere (with proof).

You will certainly undergo a more thorough investigation/interview(s).

Remember to bring at the interview-anyway you have a long way to go-your final divorce papers and that you indeed lived at least on those 6 months with your ex and that's why she did not continue her residency process...the AOS is hers not yours even if you are the sponsor and both of you will go to an interview at the end, in most of the cases. There are some IO's that would question that why you marry to foreigners both times unless has to do with your culture, etc. But at this stage I wouldn't worry, you must file all the paperworks and input accurate information. In the forms you have to input if you were marry before, name, date of the previous marriage, place that took place, etc.

Good luck

Errr... he is not the sponsor or petitioner... he is the one doing adjustment of status... I think you misread him

Did you recieve a notice to appear before an immigration judge? Or just a denial notice?

You were denied because of your no-show. Since you did not come to the US on a K-1, you should be able to apply for AOS based on your second marriage. Whether it is successful or not, that is a different matter.

I guess you are not in removal proceedings... which saves you a lot of trouble. Are you still maintaining that F-1 visa? either way your overstay should be forgiven based on marriage to an USC.

That being said. You will still raise flags during your second AOS process and I would be prepared (follow the advice of the posts above) for even a stokes interview.

Yes, you can apply for AOS through your 2nd marriage. I already have my second EAD and I was divorced and remarried with a 2 week time frame. AND I also received a denial notice stating that I should "LEAVE THE COUNTRY". The funny thing, they never followed up!! My attorney even told me to ignore the letter, he was right!! Don't worry!

Waooo, u are a blessed fellow. I have been divorced for over 9 months and just got married. So did u think I need an attorney before filling this one, and is there a need to wait longer before applying or should i just go ahead and apply. We have been together for over 7 months now, so Please any advice will be helpful.
I just don't want to complicate issues by getting an attorney when i do not nreally need one. thanks everyone for u're sincere imput.

The process will be pretty much the same thing, except you will need to provide divorce certificates and copy of your previous AOS documents and such. So, I would say that since you have been through it once (almost) you do not really need a lawyer... did you use one the first time?

No, there was no lawyer involved the first time.
Also, do i have to go through having a physical examination and finger printing again? If yes i would like to do the pysical now since it takes a while to get the result.

Ha,ha... isn't it so funny that we both received denial notices telling us to "leave the country at once" only to remarry and receive more U.S. benefits within months:) !! ENJOY!!!! :D

how is it funny?

This sounds to me more like someone would be mocking the immigration system. (As incompetent as USCIS can be at times) It is not funny that someone marries US citizens to avoid being deported and receive benefits. It makes me sick.
