have H1B and married a USC

first of all I want to say hi to all of you!
after a few days of intense research I still have a few questions about AOS. I currently have an H1B visa and recently married a USC. I know that I have to file i485, i130 and i765. i am not sure whether/when i have to file i864 and i693. please be so kind and advise. thank you and good luck to you all!
 
Both I-693 and I-864 are part of the Petition for Relative / Adjustment of Status packet.

That means they must be filed at the same time you file the I-130 / I-485.

You do have to file I693 with the I485, your spouse files the I864 along with the I130
 
you now HAVE to file I-693 with I-485 (two years ago you didn't have to). If you don't, you will receive a request for further evidence and it will delay processing of your case.
