I-485 for spouse without EVL letter

i am planning to file I-485 for my wife to my pending I-485 . I am having problems in getting EVL letter from my future employer who is sponsoring my gc .Can i apply I-485 for my spouse without including Employment verification letter?
Please advice and also do i need to file I-134 (affidavit of support ) along with her I-485 application.

---if your wife is derivative then she dont need Employment verification letter from YOUR employer as she is not working for them
