Can someone please advise...
I have applied for 485 3 years back, I wish to apply for my wife now.
I have recently changed companies and have NOT applied for AC21 because im not sure of staying with them too long and dont want too many AC21 applications in my file. My H1B transfer has been approved.
Should I apply for my wifes 485 with the current H4 documentation or the previous company's one. (The previous one is also valid till 2010 and I applied for I-485 with that companies I-140).
1) Since I haven't applied for AC21, If I use the new H4 will they ask me to file for AC21 since the company doesn't match the company I applied from?
2) In a H1b transfer between A to B , does the H1 of A become void if transfer to B gets approved?
