I have sent my response and had 3 LUDs right after that. The last LUD was n 05/03.

If anyone has got any approval after sending their RFE response please post here.

We sent RFE response for my spouse in april. Recieved by them on 25th April. There were 3 LUDs till 05/02 and no news after that till now. My 485 was approved in March. Waiting for my souse's approval.

Hi supply,

Is there any action on your RFE yet? How long has it been since you sent and LUD?

In my case, I have sent documents to my lawyer and he is working on it.

hope to hear good news soon.

Did you use your Lawyer to send the RFE? I thought I could do this job myself.
 
Hi Jhawilla,

We always communicated through our lawer. He was prompt (though I had to call him twice a day to push) in sending the mail he recieved from INS to me and the response we sent for INS. We got the RFE in first week of April and we sent the response (medical) in 3rd week of April. INS recieved them on 25th April.

But I do not think there is a restriction that you have to use your lawyer to send the RFE response.

I don't know about others.

For me, only my lawyer got an RFE from USCIS and he emailed me the documents they have asked for. I had to send all documents to my lawyer and he only can send along with Original RFE letter from USCIS.

I`m trying to send back this week.

They subdivided in 3 categories: 1- immigration [I-94]; 2- governamental state/federal [drivers license, school, hospitals]; 3- non-governamental [utility bills, rent receipt, pay-stubs, bank statement]. I`m thinking in submit one of each category or it`s not gonna be enough? :cool:

they specifically asked me for pay stubs and W2 (both). So I sent both those itesm along with other documents. Not sure if 1 document is enough but with USCIS I think it will not hurt to double up on our docuemtns i.e. 2 of each if you have them.

I think you should consult your lawyer on the exact documents that you should send

Delay in sending

My stupid laywer did not specify all things properly. First he said for me only birth certificate. After sending all documents, he asked me send paystub, w2, employment letter.

So delay again in sending documents. Hopefully it should be done by this week.

for people who have sent their responses for their RFE.

Can you please post any information on if and when USCIS is planning to touch our cases that have had an RFE?
 
Yes

There is an LUD stating "The last processing action taken on your case" and they received my documents and process has resumed.

Hope something good happens soon.

I was in the same situation and ended up paying my lawyer $500... because I always submitted our renewal by my self and he didn't made any money on it...
So that was his turnnnnnnn
 
Add me in too, rec'd email on the april 25 stated that they rec'd the response after that LUD's till April 28 thats it... today I called the Officer told me its under review and they r under staff because people r on vacation... SO HAVE FUN;-)
 
with an adjudicating officer?

did he say it is with an adjudicating officer or it is in the procesing center? if it is under review with an officer then you can expect your approval anytime now

All right! I sand it back with barcoded RFE fotocopy and all docs now on friday Jun14. Let`s see what`s gonna hapen.

Wow thats fast... hope we all get our approval that fast too:D
today is the 54th day no one touch our files yet:cool: and the anothe thing is there is no approval from VSC so far:(
