Hi,
I am currently on H1 with a university, working full time (40-hrs/week definition). An opportunity has come to work part-time for another non-profit, may be for 25 hours or so in addition to the already 40-hr work load on my first H1. So my question is whether I can apply for a concurrent H1 (also exempt from cap, since non-profit) whose work load will be additional (approx 25 hours) to a "full-time" work load of my current H1? Does H1 have a limit on the max number of hours I can work per week?
Also, is there a restriction on where the concurrent H-1 sponsor is located in the US? That is, should it be in the same region/state as the first H-1 ?
Thanks in advance,
PD
