H4 transfer while already applied H4 to H1 conversion

Hello,
I am currently on H4 and recently applied for H1 conversion. I have also got the receipt recently. My husband is transfering to another company, hence my H4 will also transfered.

Will this cause any problem to the H4 to H1 application or to the current H4 transfer ?
Will my husband's H1 transfer application be affected anyway?

Is there a possibility that my H1 might be approved without I-94 and I have go outside the country for stamping before I can start work?

Please Help.
 
You are just maintaining your H4 status until your H1 is approved. Nothing going to get affected on this action.

I had another question, if my h1 gets approved (received receipt on 04/24/07) before h4 gets transfered (applying in 2nd week of
May under premium processing) in that case what will be my status..would it be h1 or h4..
