Does a Canadian Citizen holding a H1-B visa in the United States going to Guatemala for a business trip for a week need to get a visa from the U.S. Consulate at Guatemala before coming back to the U.S.?

Canadians DO NOT need a US visa (except for K and E). You must be having a valid H1 status (I-797) and you need the same and your cdn passport to re-enter the USA.
