Which is the best way to stay in US A.L.A.P?

Hi,

I am currently graduating from University and just obtain by OPT. I am planing starting business with my pal here. I have inform that the H1b won't be much a option untill 2008. Therefore I was wondering if anyone have a suggestion that how can stay in states A.L.A.P leagally?

As Long As Possible legally?
1. Start another degree (2nd bachelor's or masters) with F1 visa
2. Marriage
3. Find a job and continue working legally, things may change.

I started with PT in 1999, after 2 years with H1 sponsored, I was layed-off and my sponsorship was cancelled by my employer. I had 60 days to find a job to keep my stay legal. I was frustrated, but never gave up hope. I got a job offer on the 59th day. So you can tell what was my situation!

Still today I am waiting for my 485 approval, frustrated and impatience but still hopeful.

It might be a little silly to ask.
My girl friend and I are both from same country (Taiwan).
Will marriage help? or We must have a kid or something like that?

thank you Ginnu - that's what I meant.

and to cruxakira,

you marrying your gf (from Taiwan) will not do any good to your status, however, if you two have a kid, your kid will be benifited, not you and your wife.
