Help: H1B is denied by uscis due to lawyer's mistake

Although I won the lottery, my H1b has been denied by uscis because of my stupid lawyer. He checked the wrong box in my I-129 form. USCIS denied my petition without RFE. What should I do? Can I file reopen/reconsideration? How long it will take in general?
 
There are very many good petitions are in the waiting list, do you think USCIS is going to waste their time to fix up your Attorney mess up. You must get your attoney fees completely refunded. If no refund complaint to consumer affair and bar counsil in your state.
