After receiving your card, is it necessary to get your passport stamped as well? And if I move, should I file AR-11 too? Thanks so much.

once get GC you should to go to SSA office and apply for new SSN card

The SSN card that you got based on nonimmigrant visa status has restrictions on the SSN card. After GC the New SSN card will be without restrictions, it is better to get new SSN card and update records with SSA office so that records in future show your are permanent resident.
