EB2 or PERM - Urgent advise needed

Hi Guru,
I have over 10 years of experience.
I have 4.6 years of H1 left.
My employer is starting to file my GC.
Which is a better option EB2 or PERM?
They say that they will file through Vermont and I can get my GC quickly.
Is that right?
If it is so, can you please let me know on the average when can I expect to get my GC.

Either your employer is a stone age guys or just fooling you.

All the applicable green card must go through labor certification through PERM.


Will you qulaify EB2 category ? Depends on your job offer and its title. Not depends on yur experience and your qualifications.
