I am on H1B and landed US on Feb 25, 2007 and was on bench till Mar 28, 2007.
I got placed by my employer on Mar 29,2007 and successfully working at client's place.
Now I got an fulltime offer from company B to transfer my H1 I will be having
my first pay stub on hand by mid of may. This paystub will cover entire April month. The question I have now is can i apply for H1 transfer with one paystub successfully or will be having any issues ???
