hai, please can anyone please clarify what all are non profit organizations (can you list them please)which come under non profit H visa?I heard that they do not come under cap.What paper work is to be provided for applying under non profit organizations(specially from organization point of view)for filing H1.

Many of the Higher educational institutes, some rural health organizations etc are Non profit education. What is your qulaification and what kind of job are you looking for?

thanks for the reply.Iam having masters from india and iam on jvisa(3yrs) working as math teacher and waiting for waiver from DOS.I got job offer from two to three school districts for high school math position.So, do i qualify for non profit organization h1?Great guru i already posted a thread on this and iam waiting for your reply.Kindly reply soon for this thread here.thank you

Most of the School Districts are Non-profit organization. and your position also qualify for Non profit H1. www.LAUSD.net sponserd almost 100 H1 last year.
