H1 approved, but I94 issue

My wife was on H4 status and we applied for a change of status to H1. We received the approval notice today. It has the form I94 attached to it, but there's no number (11 digit) on it. I94 says, it's valid through 2010. My wife's H4 hasn't expired yet. Is this normal? Do I need to be concerned about this? I looked at my own H1 approval notice and there is a number on the I94 page. Can anyone help??

Your wife must have the same number (whit card I 94 when she entered US last time) in the I 94 at the botttom of H1 approval.

You have to contact your attorney to get his work done with USCIS ASAP.
