Personal break from work while on H1b

Hi All,

Is it possible to take a personal break (say about 2-3 months) from work, visit my home country and come back on the same H1 visa?

My visa is valid for next 10months.

Are there any issues me or my company needs to take care of before I take the break so that I can join back work with out any difficulties?

Please guide me.
