Urgent question please

My wife is on h4. She has a US masters degree and she applied for H1. The application reached the USCIS on April 2. My question is Does her H1 application automatically falls under20000 masters quota? When we applied for H1, we dont know if lawyer has ticked something related to masters so that she falls under 20000 masters quota. Please reply.

Yes, there is a provision to select US Master category.
If your attorney forget to mark, then he/she hast to write to USCIS with receipt reference for the amendments immediately.
