Based on description for personal TAX exemptions part, The child can be a Qualifying child only when "The child must have live with you for more than half of the year/2006".
My question is
can I count the time when we lived together in India between Jan & April/2006 before coming to US so that she is deemed over 183 days living with me in 2006?
