H1 stamping with MS pending

Hi,

I came to the US on F1 visa. Due to personal reasons, I had to start working and my H1 started on Oct 2005. Now, I just have to take one course to graduate. I want to go to India in July and I am going to take this course in August.

Can anybody please tell me if this is going to be a problem? In my H1 application, it was mentioned that I was doing MS and my degree was yet to be awarded.
 
If counsel question you, why did not complete your studies? since you took F1 to go US. Prepare the answer. (the question is unlikely, but prepare for it)

Hi GreatGuru,

thanks for the answer. I was working on my thesis but left due to financial reasons and started working. Now I want to go back and complete by taking this course part-time. Univ. advisor has already approved everything.

So I was thinking of going to India before starting this course in Sept. What do you think?
 
Unless needed absolutely, do not go to India for visa stamping, once you get your degree go for visa stamping. or try stamping in Mexico.
