Hi..
I have a H1b aproved from company A . Currently I am in L1 status company B..
Now I have got a better offer from Company C .. company C is sponsering a new H1B visa , they are aiming to transfer my current H1b aproval from company A to with Company C
Company C needs the documents i797A from me , so that they can do the transfer
my h1b aproval date is from 14/3/2006 to 13/2/2009
Would like to know
1. Whether company A can cancel my H1b ? . Is that possible ? .
2. Is the H1b aproval notice is mandatory for transferring the H1B ?.
