Can I Grab a 3 Month Visa Wavier, Visit the USA.
Enroll in University for 3 years while over there, change my Visa to a Student one.
Then get married, and live there? ( jk jk ) :)
 
While entering you have to delare your intention of joing the school otherwise getting F1 within US will be a problem.

But you can marry at any time

Alright, so If I register my Visa as a 3 Month Holiday with the intent of finding a School and getting a K1 one or whatever, I can go look around the colleges/Universities over in the USA.
Assuming I find one, I can stay and have my visa status changed while in America?

Wow that is fantastic news, So as long as I keep on Schoolin I can keep on keeping on in America! That is fantastic news!!
