urgently need info about GC

hello all,

I have completed my masters (MBA) in 2005 dec.
OPT (dec2005 to nov2006)& H1 from dec 2006.

I am working with only one employer since my OPT and filed my H1 through that company.

now can I file my GC through them. (US masters & exp from april 2006 to till date).
1.now can i file through EB2?

2. They are charging $7000.00.including attorney fees.is it really worth paying?

3. before filing what are terms do i need to clarify with them.

my payment terms are : persentage basis 70/30
(no medical, no vaccation, no relocation, no bench salary)
they are not willing to change % ratio also.

1.now can i file through EB2? It depends on your job offer and its description. If the job offered to you required only a BS degree + 2yrs exp then you can qulaify only EB3
2. They are charging $7000.00.including attorney fees.is it really worth paying? This is upto you whether you want GC or not. Substituition GC goes as much as 50K in the grey market

Percentage is OK, bu what is the hourly rate, if the rate is 30$, it may not work for LC for the job offer ffor EB2

they are not willing to change % ratio also.
