H1 transfer urgent help

I am working in company A and got an offer from company B. I know that 2-3 paystubs are needed to transfer h1b. Last month in feb i got the paycheck of 500 dollars bi weekley (company said that they will give me the remaining amount this month). This month i got the full paycheck with 3 col.
1) remaining amount of feb 1- 15 pay = x
2)remaining amount of feb 16-28 pay = x
3) pay march 1-7 = x

whether last month paycheck of 500 dollars will create the h1b transfer. I have M.S degree from US university.

feb i got the proper paychecks before feb.
