I am planning to bring my wife on H4 in nov 2007.
1. When could i be able to transfer her H4 to H1 here in USA ?
------------------- if you have employer ready to file H4 to H1 COS then can file any day in April ( it can be filed before her I-94 expires)
2. Is it that i will only be able to file her H1 for 2008 quota?
