Use EAD and new LC under EB2

Hi,
Can I Use EAD to switch to new company and at the same time new company starts a PERM proceess under EB2 and when its I-140 gets approved, use my Current EB3 PD Date with the EB2 Application for 485?

Can I Use EAD to switch to new company
--------------it is better to join new company with H1 transfer to be safe(you can use EAD)
and at the same time new company starts a PERM proceess under EB2 and when its I-140 gets approved, use my Current EB3 PD Date with the EB2 Application for 485?
--------------- to recapture early PD at the time of second I-140 filing provide the lawyer copy of I-140 approval so that he can recapture early PD. dont forget to write your A# on second I-140 form

Can anyone please answer the following questions?
1. Is it Safe to Switch the company without filing I-485 for my wife?


2. Can I Switch the Company using H1 Transfer?


3. Can I use EAD to Switch to new company?


4. Can my new company start a new GC Process under EB2 in parallel while I’m on payroll with the company(H1 transfer or EAD)?


5. If that is EB2, Can I use transfer my old PD to new PD?,If so can it be done while I’m on EAD?


6. At what stage I can use transfer my PD from EB3 to Eb2?





Also I'm planning to consult Mr.Khanna with these questions?Should I ask any more questions. I'm more concerned with the switching the company.

---------------if she has not filed her derivative I-485, you can change the company but join on H1, so that she can be on H4 status(if she has her independent H1 status then she neen to be on H1 or H4 at the time to file I-485, you did not post if she is on H4 or H1)

----------------Yes but you will not be on H1 status and your wife cant be on H4 status
