currently on EAD can I go for H4 stamping?

Hi,

Currently I am in USA on H4 status. Recently we have filed for I-485 and we have received our EAD and Advance Parole

I am planning to working on EAD. In future if I go to india can I have H4 stamping at US consulate.

I mean am I allowed to go for H4 stamping or maintain H4 visa on passport when I am still working on EAD?

Please give me your suggestions

The moment you use EAD, your H status becomes invalid. You cannot get H4 stamping anymore. WHy dont you use AP to reenter US?

-------------- you can have H4 visa in passport. FYI Visa stamp is not status visa stamp is for entry.
