Traking DOL list for California due to 245i Part2

which date dol is processing now? Has anybody got any idea?

have they moved beyond October 25?

Anybody called Dol?????

So is it true that processing stopped at Dol? I was expecting my LC to come thru in 3 months if the Dol was atleast processing something. If they stopped completely, I guess the delay will be much worse than the cumulative delay.

From the messages and the movement of the dates it looks like the dates are not moving quickly and on an average it is takin about 3 months after the RD...but more lately i guess that time frame will increase to about 5 months..that is what the trend looks like.
Too bad...we still keep waiting...while the illegal applications move on.

HI as I understand

The approvals of eb\'s are not so fast because of pile up of casesduring april 2001. Now there are approvals coming thru. Partialy there is confusion on the merging of the offices also. But it should start moving fast,Where as LC are not approved for all companies particularly where there were large scale layoffs. As i have understood from my attorney\'s office and the articles i have read in doleta.

 Can anyone tell me how long it takes to clear the Labor.My labor id going to be filed next week.Also how many years one needs to wait to get the actual GC.
 
What is slowing DOL so much?

Since SESA did not increase their processing speed for labor cases, DOL should have been getting the same number of cases per day as they always do i.e. the 245i backlog should be at SESA, but since they transmit the same number of cases to DOL as they always have, DOL should not slow down due to 245i.

Then why is DOL so slow and slowing down? As of today, they are taking 121 days from RD, and the number is growing. Does anyone know what the hell is slowing them down?

If Dol stopped processing as posted by others before, then how come the dates are moving??
 
checked status of about 6 cases before me.

I checked status of 6 cases before mine. One got granted. One referred back to state. This status was posted on Feb 8. For the 4 cases preceding mine, the status is " The application is received at DOL on Oct 17 and the status was posted on Oct. 17". So I presume after Feb 8, no approvals and no denials. I don\'t understand the meaning of processing date moving, if applications are neither approved nor sent for ref.
