Experience with lcstatus09 email system using tax-id

Hi Folks,

I\'ve tried the lcstatus email with my company\'s tax id. I do get a reply with information about cases filed by my company, but they are all very old cases (1999 or before). I know for sure that my company has filed many cases between 1999 and now, including mine (by mine may still be at SESA).

Any idea why this could be happening? Have other people had any success with the email system using their company\'s tax id ?

Good News Guys

EB-2 I-140 jumped by 45 days.
INS is processing cases as of 26-OCT-01.

Thats good news for us as this will be our next stage.

It will require a jump of atleast 60 more days for me to feel good! By the time DOL lets us go ahead, the backlog in the I-140 line is going to be atleast 6 months! Damn shame, illegal immigrants are getting the benifit that legal immigrants don\'t get. Still, I will take any small miracle coming out of INS as a positive sign. ;-)

do you get a different case number when your case gets transferred to DOL--lawyer has given the same no as that was received from sesa.

one more question--my salary has been reduced since the LCA filing--company has taken a pay cut across the board--will that be a problem now at DOL or later at I-140?
 
Case Status

DOL is processing 10/15 now. My case is still handing there since my RD is 10/29, will keep you guys posted if I get any information.

Hopfeful01, you will have problem if your salary get cut after you file the lca. Otherwise, everyone can file LCA with high salary and get approved first.

will i have a problem if the curent salary(after the salary cut) is higher than the prevailing wages mentioned in the LCA?

What priority date applications are being processed by DOL now.
Since its processing 17th Oct, Am I right in saying DOL finished 30th Apr cases.

Since DOL is processing 17th Oct, Does this date mean SESA to DOL date or the date when DOL entered into their system.

Looks like they are moving quicker now

The date that SESA sent the last of the 245 cases to DOL is around 10/30/2001, so we are still not out of the woods yet. Another 13 days of 245 cases I would imagine. But considering the fact that DOL just jumped 2 days (something they haven\'t done in a long time) I think the processing speed might just pick up. :)
