In the birth certifcate fathers name is entered differently from original name. first name was spelled right but middle name was spelled wrongly. do you anticipate any problems. mothers name is entered correctly and I also took an affidavit saying that my father is known by the common name. Do you think it helps!!!
 
Question to Rajesh Paul..

I am combining CP with marriage.. I am planning on submitting my
wife\'s pkt-3 during my interview.. My question is where should
I hand over her pkt-3?? I mean should I submit it to the INDIAN
lady/guy at the counter (when she will be collecting my doc during
the interview) or is there some other procedure..

I am hoping the Visa numbers for April will be out tommorow

We might come to know about our dates for April. I have already sent an email today to Chennai to find out.
 
I sent a Mail!!

I asked for possible dates on the web site and they replied back saying that my packet 3 is received. Every day we weagerly search that site.
 
I got the same response

Even, I got the same one line answer from Chennai saying that they
received my packet-3. I hope April dates will be posted before monday.
 
I sent them an email asking for dates for April

They asked me to send them an email after 15th of March. I think the dates should be out by then.
 
Consulate telephone nums..

Does any one know the consulate telephone nums?? also
what is the good time to call them??
btw.. I am expecting April interview dates.. But I wanted
the consulate to schedule interview at the end of April
 
Priority dates for April Published....Everything (Emp Based) current

State Dept has issued the priority dates for next month and everything is current.

So, hopefully on Monday March 11th the Chennai consulate would publish the Interview dates.

April Dates are out.

My interview date is on 25th April. I called up the consulate just now (12am Monday morning 91-44-8112060). Now we can open a separate discussion for just April Interview folks.
