I see it is in IN-Process. I am not sure when they are going to clear this

this is total bullS*** and Injustice to keep people waiting for labor for almost 4 years

I hate this total PBEC system
 
I got certified last Friday.

At Finally my LC got certified.

Got the approval!

Yesterday when i checked the status it showed "CERTIFIED". In the evening i got an email from my lawyer stating that they received my approval.

Yesterday I checked online and my labor showed as "Certified". I later checked with my attorney who confirmed the approval.

Dont worry many ppl in 2002 are still waiting
My PD is july 2002 still waiting.. I checked more then 25 cases around my number +-15 and most of them in process...

Looks you all got 45-day letters before. Anybody in the same boat as me, no 45-day, PD nov 2002, waiting for reply from nobeccontact@...? Just feel so desperate.
 
New update: my case was closed. :mad: :mad: :mad: My attorney is trying to reopen the case. I'm going to seek help from other channels as fellow suffers suggest, for example, contacting senator etc.

Checked status via DOL ONLINE on 9/13/06..Does anybody know how many days does the paper documents usually arrive to the attorney and letter to alien?

Labor Certified according to online check

Posting after a long time. Went into a long hibernation.
My Labor is Certified according to the Online Check System.
Its been a real long time. I pray that the remaining 2001/2002 cases and the rest get out of this mess pretty soon too. I am currently emotionless after the long wait, never thought that I would see this day eventually.

hello!
my case was first file in Califoria 2001
lawyer recieved letter from philadelphia backlog center in 2003 that they have receive the case
and after that no comuncation
my brother case recieve in BEC in 2003 same date as mine
his case is approved last week
i am thinking they might have mix my name with my brother
my lawyer is talking to BEC via email and they reply they are looking in this case
however- should i or My employer send letter to the BEC directly or no
any help or suggestion will be appreaciated

I have finally received the Labor Cert. I guess I should be overexcited but somehow I'm not, probably because this horrible process has been killing all emotions on its way.

The web site actually started to show "certified" on 10/04/2006, and my lawyers received the letter on 10/13/2006.

You mentioned that this is your old labor. Is your 'new' labor through BEC or PERM?
